Steps :-

Open Moto frp tool. 

Put the phone in bootloader mode.

After that tool will detect the phone in bootloader mode and it will enable frp in your phone.

Now after that you can remove frp through adb using any box/tool.

If you don’t have box, open cmd and put this code :- adb shell content insert –uri content://settings/secure –bind name:s:user_setup_complete –bind value:s:1
